Manganin is a precision resistance alloy, usually supplied as wire, and a small amount of plate and strip. The pressure limit can be as high as 500Pa. Manganin has a good piezoresistive effect and is widely used in pressure measurement in high-temperature and high-pressure environments such as detonation, high-speed impact, dynamic fracture, and new material synthesis. The resistance change of manganese copper is approximately a linear function relationship with the external pressure (that is, the piezoresistive coefficient K is nearly a constant), and the temperature coefficient of resistance is small. Through the sensor made of manganese copper as a sensitive element, it is possible to realize the dynamic pressure under high pressure. The pressure measurement is converted into a measurement of the change in the resistance of the manganese copper
Manganin sheet resistor is a common electronic component, its main function is to limit the current, reduce the voltage, and stabilize the circuit. Manganese-copper sheet resistors are made by manganese-copper alloy, which has the characteristics of high resistivity, low temperature coefficient, good corrosion resistance and heat resistance, so it is widely used in electronic circuits
Manganese-copper sheet resistors are used in a wide range of electronic devices, such as televisions, radios, computers, mobile phones, etc. In electronic circuits, manganin sheet resistors are usually used as current limiters, voltage dividers, voltage regulators and other electronic equipment, manganin sheet resistors can also be used to adjust volume, brightness and other parameters
The advantages of manganin sheet resistors are small size, light weight, cheap price, good electrical performance and stable performance. However, manganese copper sheet resistors also have some disadvantages, such as: large temperature coefficient, low precision, etc. Therefore, for some electronic devices that require relatively high accuracy of resistance values, manganin sheet resistors may not be suitable.
