Processing technology: Cnc lathe+polish+high photooxidation
The difficulty of product processing technology:

 1. the diameter of product’s internal and external tolerance is: ±0.01, although We can control the tolerance within ±0.005 during CNC lathe machining process, but, after CNC lathe machining need to mirror polish for product, some material of product will be removed during polishing process, so, it is very difficul to control the tolerance; 

2. the surface of product is high bright black, the requirements for gloss is very strict, it is a challenge for surface treatment
